Thane Stenner
Thane Stenner is the founder of Stenner Investment Partners, an independent Private Family Office group within Richardson GMP Limited, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is Director of Wealth Management.
Thane has over 20 years experience in successfully advising ultra high net worth families, entrepreneurs, as well as corporate and philanthropic entities. He is recognized nationally as a thought-leader in the ultra-high net worth advising field and has been a highly successful investor for over 30 years. Prior to joining Richardson GMP Limited, Thane previously held roles as
First Vice President with CIBC World Markets, and Director of Merrill Lynch International Private Client Group.
In addition to graduating with an Honors degree in Finance and a specialization in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management from Arizona State University, Thane attended the Harvard Business School’s Executive Program. He is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), and holds the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation. He has also been awarded the designation of Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) – the highest designation within the Canadian Investment industry. Thane was also the founding chairman of the CSI Ethics Committee.
